Any individual who agrees and believes that the U.S. Government has an obligation to formally recognize over 2,500 Veterans and their dependents who served and sacrificed on behalf of their countries by lobbying and calling for change in those policies, regulations and laws that will lead to the successful transition of the Clark Veterans Cemetery to full administration and management by an agency of the U.S. Government.
